I'm wanting my hs to access. Y google calendar and tell me as part of my wake up routeen, what is on my calendar for today. Is there a plugin out there for this or a script ?

Blgdata does what you are looking for. It's under internet in the updated I think. I just installed it and have my calendar listed on my screens. You can also put triggers in events that can be used to make things happen. -
