Same issue here.
I'm using HS3Pro v3.0.0.208 and Z-wave plugin v3.0.1.25

I don't have one of these, but my guess would be that you need to create associations FROM the remote control to the devices you want it to control.

As it is a battery device you can't create those associations from HS3. Does the manual tell you anything about a way you can create associations using the device directly?
