It has been a while, but as I recall the process was pretty similar to HS2. There were probably a couple of HS3 restarts required, but nothing else that I can think of.

Hi, I am brand new to the forum. I'm beginning to build my home automation system with the HomeTroller S6 Pro and so far I am very pleased. Looking at using the HS Phone functionality I have not found many threads on how to use the HS Phone system (primarily caller ID and voice mail) with a Magic Jack phone line. I have the S6P plugged into my NetGear router and the Magic Jack is also plugged into the router. Are there settings somewhere in HS3 that point to the Magic Jack? BTW I also tried plugging the Magic Jack into the S6P but the phone line was dead. Thanks for any suggestions.

Pretty sure HSPhone only will work w/ an analog phone device like a Way2Call.

As Don has suggested you need a way2call modem to work with HS3 and HSPhone.
