Simple graph of device history (inline)

I've seen a couple items in screenshots where there's simple virtual devices that show what look like historical temp (for example) data inline in the device view. I've been trying to figure out what is generating these, but to no avail... Does anyone have hints about where I should be looking?

Thank you so much! I just started playing with InitialState stuff, which is pretty neat for temperature monitoring over time - however the Jon00 stuff looks awesome. Checking it out now!

I'm just starting to brush up on my C# (never had the pleasure, just boring C and a bunch of derivatives) - hopefully will be into proper plugin development soon
