Two PD-100 both working fine for months and then all of a sudden both of them begin randomly flickering even at 100%. Turn off/on then it usually goes away but sometimes comes back later. Bulbs are fine - tested by plugging lamp right into wall and no flicker. Anybody else seen this problem?
