    HS2 Web Server Extremely Slow

Since upgrading to Windows 10, my HS2 web server has been very slow. Events running and such are not affected and are running just fine.

I placed a test.htm file in the html folder, disabled all plugins, and enabled debugging.

The "Checking SR" step seems to be where the delay is happening. I assume that is referring to StreamReader, but I'm not really sure what is causing it to take around 30 seconds to proceed past that step.

Any ideas? Trying to do a lot of cleanup in preparation for upgrading to HS3 soon and very frustrating when each page load takes that long.
