HS Touch and Lock

I went to my iPhone HSTouch then "Locks" and typed "1234" and pressed <Enter>. It went back to the home screen. Can you tell how you fixed yours or what file to look in? Any help would be appreciated.

The default app should find all of your locks automatically. Since it is not displaying your lock, I suspect that the HSTouch plugin is not finding it. I only have android devices, so I cant check iOS.

Are you connecting with myhs or a direct connection with your HS machine?

I have been searching for any documentation. Where did you read that you had to enter "1234" when you first tried HSTouch?

It's been that way since HSTouch was released many years ago.

You can change the lock code access screen using the path Plugins > HSTouch Server > HSTouch and change the
General Settings
Default passcode for locked screens:

Then restart HS3.

The location of where you enter the code has been moved.
