The default app should find all of your locks automatically. Since it is not displaying your lock, I suspect that the HSTouch plugin is not finding it. I only have android devices, so I cant check iOS.

Are you connecting with myhs or a direct connection with your HS machine?

      More

I am connecting with a direct connection. I am not using MyHS.

I have been searching for any documentation. Where did you read that you had to enter "1234" when you first tried HSTouch?

It's been that way since HSTouch was released many years ago.

          Solved

You can change the lock code access screen using the path Plugins > HSTouch Server > HSTouch and change the
          General Settings
          Default passcode for locked screens:

          Then restart HS3.

          Thank you for your help.

            Solved Again:

The location of where you enter the code has been moved.

            New Instructions:

You can change the lock code access screen using the path: Setup>Network>Default passcode for protected screens:

            Then restart HS3
