I FINALLY found a excellent company for getting HDMI to pass through live HDCP protected content and overlay video, text, audio, etc, in HTML5 content. I have read many reviews on this company, and there is a guy over on the Indigo Domotics forum that is using these to great success...he pushes out content to his TV's via UDP.
The model you want is the XT1143 Expanded I/O, it is only $650!!! Which if you have ever researched this 'technology' is way below what you would pay for a BlackMagic or other competitors product (several thousand).
