I also have on my garage door opener motor a zwave appliance module. Turn this off and the garage door is locked. No false openings.

Ditto. Only mine is Insteon.

Just make sure you have something in the car that will "unlock" the power. Found this out the hard way. I now have Flic buttons in each car. I also put in a larger doggy door.
