Monoprice 15902 Z-Wave Plus PIR Multi Sensor - Parameters

I have a Monoprice 15902 "Z-Wave Plus PIR Multi Sensor" connected and working fine on HS3 Pro Edition 3.0.0.500 (Windows).
I see from the User Manual that there are parameters that can be changed.
Can I change them with HomeSeer or do I use some other app or tool?
