The message board is a great place to come for help with your system. However, it's very difficult to help anyone if system information is not supplied. For this reason, we recommend including system information with the first post. Here's a quick way to do this:
  1. Open your HS3 web interface
  2. Click the "help" button (red button with white question mark) in the upper right hand corner
  3. Copy the support information under the "Message Board" section of the page. This is "safe" information for public posting. Be sure to include all info in this section
  4. Paste this into your post.
