That means a moderator (normally the plugin developer) of that subforum needs to approve your post before it will display. I've had it happen to someone posting in one of my plugin forums -
I did approve it and responded to it as well. I've never seen this before. My guess is that it happens because the OP is a newbie to the forums.Comment
