    The Homeseer website says:

    "Beyond 30 days of purchase - Products purchased from us which are found to be defective after the first 30 days but within the warranty period should be returned directly to the manufacturer for fastest service. All manufacturers' warranty terms and restrictions apply."

    That seems to be pretty clear, but does purchased from us also include Homeseer products purchased from Homeseer through Amazon? The last three purchases I made from the Homeseer store got lost by the USPS and took over a week to find me. Amazon is a rock solid 2 days, period.

    Any experience?
