  • Popp Keypad doesn't seem to be added correctly

I've bought the Popp Keybpad in order to be able to set scenes before entering the house.

But I got an issue including it in my setup.
    Add node:

This is what I see under Devices (battery changes to 80% after some time):

Based on Lunkan's screenshot I'd expect more information here: https://forums.homeseer.com/forum/ho...-keypad-700045

When I enter a code the keypad turns green but no status is set in Homeseer and no information is visible in the log. I don't know if I need to do something different regarding the network security key:

Update: The support-team asked me to test again and then agreed that it had to be faulty, so they refunded the purchase. They send over this log showing how it should have gone.

I paired Keypad to Homeseer HS3 and these are the logs that I get from Homeseer during the pairing process:

    Keypad user guide.

Try using our user guide in the article above (I copied and pasted the relevant section below to follow):

Pair Keypad as a secondary controller to existing gateway:

    1. Place your gateway or controller into Z-Wave pair or inclusion mode. (Please refer to your controller/gateway manual on how to do this)
    2. Set Keypad into Management mode by removing the back-cover (all LEDs will light up to indicate this mode)
    3. Tap button 4
    4. Immediately after, tap button "*" (blue/green are blinking constantly)
    5. Your gateway should confirm if Keypad is successfully included into your network.

Try removing the KeyPad from its back mount plate and try pairing it as such, removing Keypad from its mount will keep Keypad active and ensure that pairing completes.
