I opened a support ticket for the same reason. Support stated the devices showing up as ZLink is correct and while the firmware on them is Homeseer firmware, they are not compatible with firmware updates, unfortunately. -
Bought "special buy" WD-100 dimmers, but firmware version is off?
I purchased a few of the special buy option on the WD-100s on the Homeseer store, but it looks like the firmware they're reporting is 50.6. These appear to be rebranded ZL-WD-100s, but I'm not sure which ones, exactly. Is this the latest firmware for these? If not, who manufactured these?
