I could not include my first device, a wd200, after many attempts from either the web interface or Ztool. Then I tried an insecure include using the same procedure and it succeeded the first time! New Zee-Pi. Why is this?

This was answered by tech support: Secure inclusion protocol involves much more data traffic and therefor more probability of interference. He felt that there was interference preventing successful secure inclusion. The lighter unsecured protocol has a higher probability of success in the face of interference.
