HS-WS200 switch for heater

i have a heater in my garage that is natural gas and is off of a 15amp switch
i have used 2 HS-WS200 twice now and they seem to die on me
the led switches on and off but there is no click and it no longer turns on the feed to the heater

is there a better zwave switch I should be using

My guess in the inrush current on the motor is killing them, I'd personally go overkill with something like the above then tie it to a wall switch with a scene for local control if you need it.
