WX300 Making the lights go on/off/on/off

I don't know what I did, but they were working fine right as i installed them with the toggles. I must have pushed some random buttons but now they're making my lights go on/off/on/off I can't factory reset. None of the LEDs will work when i try to change from dimmer to on/off switch. Tried turning power completelyoff at breaker. Still turns on and makes the light go on off on off.
Anyone else had this problem and know a solution?
I installed another wx300 at the same time and was able to get it connected to my zwave network just fine.

Try pulling the air gap switch out and then pushing it back in. See if that stops the toggling.

Thanks for the reply. I just tried and that and its a no go. Lights still flashing on and off
