Issue with LED on Dimmer

2 issues:

1. Tried to set the status LEDs and got this error message:
Action of Z-Wave Actions could not be carried out because its configuration is not complete.

2. When creating an event, choosing the action HS-WX200/HS-FC200 LED Actions the "Select a Device" drop down does not include all of my devices, even though there is a root device created for that node.

I would try rescanning from the z-wave tab if you have the root device in your device list.

I did a full re-scan of my Z-Wave network. It took a while and the output was extensive. I couldn't scroll through the alerts on the z-wave tab but I could see similar entries in the log. Is there some documentation that tells what these messages mean and if there's a problem, how to fix it?

It is communicating and rescanning each device. If there are problems you can see child devices show up that are repeats. It is a matter of deleting the old and retaining the new. Not easy sometimes. I am not aware of any documentation on the error messages - others on the forum may know better.
