Alexa Stopped Working

Alexa stopped working today for no reason. I disabled the skill and readable it, did not help. When I ask Alexa to turn a light on, it responds with okay, but the light does not turn on and in the HomeSeer device list it’s status shows it to be off and the command to turn the light on is not in the log. If I try to add a new device to Alexa it cannot find the device.

I had a similar problem. I contacted HS support and got this reply: "one of our MyHS servers that is causing these connection issues. Our engineers have been made aware of the issue so I expect that this will be resolved shortly!"

Thanks for the quick response, I just tried it again and Alexa is working again.

Google home, same problem! Cannot connect to Homeseer Server.

+1, neither of the two HS Skills work here.
