    Very weak Wifi, or defective?

    I purchased one camera to play with and have tried it is 4 locations in my house in 2 weeks. The signal is abysmal in my experience. Several places it cant even handshake to AP.

    Getting video is completely unreliable. Comparing its signal to other devices nearby, those devices work without issue. At the moment it is sitting next to a Roku getting -64db while it is getting -76db.

    Is anyone else experiencing this or is mine defective?

    Which camera did you purchase. My outdoor camera needed the antenna tightened. Once I did this I have it on the deck outside and it works great.

      Since it is sitting next to a Roku I assume it is an indoor camera. HomeSeer provides 30 days of phone support for new hardware purchases. You can also send a request to support@homeseer.com. Have you contacted support?
