    HS-CAM-I - camera connected, but no video, only spinning wheel - Solved!

    Added my first HS-CAM-I to HS3 (ended up having to reboot HS3 after multiple connection fails). But, I was finally able to install the HS-CAM-I in HomeSeer.
    Problem - the camera only shows a spinning wheel, no video. I rebooted: router/wifi, camera, Homeseer Mobile, HS3 (Zee S2), and still nothing.
    I have not been able to find any solution online.

    (I also accessed the camera via ip address. The browser app does not show any video. It notes "Download the ActiveX" - I downloaded and installed (and rebooted the PC computer). It still notes - download the activex??????)
