Battery at 0%

I recently bought 3 water sensors LS100+, and of the three one is reporting 100% battery, one is reporting 86% battery but the third one seems to be working
but is reporting 0% battery.

Any way of correcting this? I do not believe it is a dead battery since it is working properly

I know this has been sometime since you posted...did you ever resolve this?
I have one that the battery level fluctuates 10-20% day/day, started in the 40% range out of the box, went up in the 80% range, and now varies from the 40%-50% range. I contacted support and felt letdown...They were blaming it on the device not being close enough to a repeater, they claim any battery operated Z-Wave device should be within 10 ft of a line powered Z-Wave device or the controller itself...
