Sigma multi-level devices - controls not showing

I'm migrating from HS2 (windows) to a new hometroller-zee (3.0.0.47). Importing my existing network from my existing z-troller appears to have been successful except that on the View/Device Management page my five Sigma Design multi-level devices are displayed without control buttons and the slider. I was hoping that I could at least control them when I added them to a lighting event. Unfortunately, when adding devices on the View/Events page the Sigma multi-level devices aren't listed at all in the device drop-down list. (My other devices enumerate fine.)

Any thoughts? I fear that if I can't resolve this I'll have to fall back to my HS2 system and send this back.
