    HomeSeer Connect will not connect

    Received License,Password, created Domain name, entered all data correctly in the Network Home Seer Settings, web browser says "connecting" then error message. I can access using the external ip address, local ip address, and using third party domain created with no-ip.com, so its not a port issue or typo.
    Can not figure this out

    What address is shown in the browser address box when it will not connect?

        I needed the actual ipaddress. If you do not want to post this publicly then please put in a help desk request using the blue support link above and choose the licensing option.

          TA solved issue, they had to refresh update my external ip address in HomeSeer Connect system, the issue was on their end, not mine.
