Brand new Hometroller Zee locks up

I just got this today, set it up per the quick start, and applied the update.

It came with the US Z-stick, which is the wrong frequency for the UK, so i cleared out the one i have in my HS2 machine and am using that.

Added 2 devices to the network and imported them - all good.

Then the troller goes off the network, it responds to ping 192.168.0.16, but page cannot be displayed. I power down, restart and all good for a few mins, then same again.

Over and over.

Any ideas? do i need to change something because of the EU z-stick ?

Not the best start to my new journey with the troller...!

If you can use WinSCP or even FTP, see if you can pull the
/usr/local/HomeSeer/Logs/Startup.log
and
/usr/local/HomeSeer/Logs/Previous_Startup.log

post them here and let's take a look...

I have not been able to get ftp to connect. For now i got round the problem by deleting the zwave network and starting again from scratch, no more lockups.

I have also now got x10 and wave running, and so far its working.

For future reference to allow ftp, how do i connect? The message i get is "Connection refused"...

You'll need to use SFTP instead of FTP. SFTP uses port 22 and is secure.
