Can you connect an HDMI monitor and USB keyboard/mouse combo?

You can watch it boot and configure both wireless and wired connections via the RPi Zee GUI.

Suggestion to re-connect the ZEE S2 on the network

I also lost my connection when I tried to set a fixed IP. I added what I thought was the correct data and re-booted. The ZEE S2 would not then show up in find.homeseer.com. I could not get to it.

Luckily I also had also purchased the WiFi connection. By reinstalling the WiFi and re-booting the ZEE then showed up again in find.homeseer.com.

Immediate problem solved, but I still need to get the Fixed IP setup.

Moving the devices over was another challenge. Homeseer needs to put up training videos on YouTube. The Tech Support calls will swamp them.

Why HDMI Monitor? There are only 4 USB connections plus ethernet.

          Did you mean USB Monitor?

There's an HDMI port for a display (monitor) on the side where the power cord plugs in.

I haven't tried using a fixed IP on my Zee, but I assume it should work. You will probably need to provide more details about your network setup and the IPs you get via wireless and what you are trying to set on your wired port. Without that info, it will be hard to spot potential issues with the network settings.
