HSM100 - Plot & Graph Data ?

Now that I have both HSM100 working (one inside and one outside) at my second home it would be nice to plot and graph the data. Day high and lows time stamped by date .... etc. Similar to weather station s/w.

Is there any add on or s/w out there that can accomplish this task for an average Joe ? You know people always want a little more than what they have ! It's human nature.

MCSTremperatures would be the plugin that would more than likely work. I would ask this question in that forum.
