I am having these issues as well. Have you gotten any resolution?

      No response

I have not gotten a response but then I haven't actually logged a ticket with HS. I'm new to the HSMs and simply waiting for one or more failures before doing anything.

After performing my power draw experiment, I received an RMA# associated with the ticket I had already opened. The ticket has since been closed and the unit is presumably in transit, however I'm on the road at the moment so I won't be able to test the returned unit in the near future.

Back off the road for a short while and my returned HSM100 was waiting for me. The rear case bears the original serial number but the main board has been replaced.

I repeated my power draw test and the unit draws about 22.2 mA initially then drops to 0.05-0.06 mA after the unit goes to sleep (10 minutes) as expected.

It would appear that ~0.05 mA is the expected sleeping power draw.
