Exception Creating Sensor Multilevel Child Device

All:

I am having trouble adding an HSM100 to my system. I can get the root device and the battery device but nothing else. I've upgraded to 2.5.0.80 and the rescan of the device begins to start correctly.

Any Help? Also, my Ztroller is on 1.17. I've had these things for several years and they have been troublesome for a long time - just giving them one more go before they go to the trash bin.

How long have you had the sensor? There were some issues with Series 2 sensors - have a half a dozen sensors in the network none with that firmware:

Well I'm trying a different set up while I'm ramping up on HS3.

Instead of my ztroller/HS2 I've tried Aeon Labs zstick/HS3. The device is within 2 ft of the zstick and I have pushed the button.

I just got HS3 up and running and got the interface up and when I do a full scan on my 31 zwave devices, mostly Cooper Aspire switches and several Aeon Energy Smart Switches along with a few sensors, I get the same errors as you for all devices that should have children and these children never do get created in the device list, here is my log from a full scan:
