How to Change MAC address on HST-IW07
Some HST-IW07 touchscreen units will shipped with the same MAC address. For those with only one unit, this does not present a problem. However, those with multiple units may encounter network problems. The fix for this is the change the MAC address of the duplicate unit(s). Here is the procedure:
There is a registry editor (regedit) on the compact flash. Open that and navigate to this key: [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Comm\CS89501\Parms]
Create the following 3 new DWORD values and enter 2 bytes for each value as:
MACAddress1=0102
MACAddress2=0304
MACAddress3=0506
(01,02, etc. is the MAC address set to any value)
