Recovery Mode

One of my WFTT07 will no longer boots. Whenever I turn it on I get the usual androids showing up and eventually it stalls on the Android logo, with the wording "android" below.

I'm wondering if there is a way to put the device into recovery mode or another way to deal with this?

Had to contact support and they offered to swap the unit under warranty
