    Frozen WFTT07

I've already submitting a Help Desk ticket, but maybe someone here has an "easy" answer...

After working fine for several months, my touchscreen now displays this whenever it's turned on, including after a hard reset (hold power switch down 8+ seconds). This comes up, and nothing else can be done with the display...

Mine has started doing this as well. Did you ever find a fix?

For my situation, the only fix was a return/replacement unit from HomeSeer.

One of the troubleshooting steps was to unplug, let it run until the battery completely died, then restart.

"Normal" power-off is to hold the button for 3 seconds, and there's also a form of reset after holding the power button for 8+ seconds. One of those might work for you...

Thanks for the tips -- off to open a ticket I guess.

            Frozem WFTT07

I now have 2 of my 3 WFTT07 touchscreens exhibiting this exact behavior after months of no problems. I did a search in the helpdesk and bugzilla and did not find any reference to this problem. Does anyone have a link? Has there been any resolution on this problem?

Just thought I would ask before creating a ticket.

            Thanks,
            Andy

Mine is doing this too now.

Did anyone ever get this sorted. I can't find any tickets on bugzilla. Help would be appreciated.

                Marty.

I had it happen with two of them. I opened a ticket and they had me return them and they replaced them. They replaced them with newer versions and I have not had any issues with the new ones.

                    WFTTO7

After about a minute this message appears "UNFORTUNATELY,GOOGLE PLAY service has stopped."

google play store is not responsive.

whats the fix, I have never had a problem with this unit. I have rebooted and tried to reinstall hs3 nothing works.

Has anyone found a way to locally update/overwrite the system, such as via the card slot? Mine has died again at the Android logo, and it's way too old for HomeSeer to work on...

Otherwise, I guess it's time to play with some newer tablets
