Best ZWave Device to be used with Homeseer

What is the best zwave device to be used with the Homeseer products, my provider recommended the Aeotec Zwave Gen5 as the best one.....
do we have list of Pros and Cons for the main ones please especially the Homeseer ones?

I would also like an answer to this question as I have bought (3) Z-Nets and I still can't get one that works correctly.

what issues are you facing?
i have Aeotec Gen5, and it seems it freezes once or twice a day at random times with no apparent reason. it will go back to executing the commands after few minutes....

Have you contacted HomeSeer support about this? What troubleshooting have you done?
