Can I revert back to my SmartStick+ from my SmartStick+ G3?

I'm having too many problems with the new SmartStick+ G3. I have an older SmartStick+ (is it a G2 or G1 or what?). It has a Z-Wave PLUS logo on it, and FCC ID: EF400130.

I tried using the "Backup/Restore TO SmartStick+ G3" procedure here: https://docs.homeseer.com/pages/view...ageId=28641323

I got an error message "The destination interface is not supported for a restore since it is too old." Is there a workaround?

We're you using the old smartstick before you upgraded?

No, I was using the z-Wave Pi "HAT" inside a HS4 Zee 2. I have not tried to downgrade to that yet.
