Struggling with Homeseer & HS Smartstick+ G3 when moved to new Windows 11 PC

Moving HS4 (4.2.16.0) from old Windows10 PC to new Windows 11 PC. Had trouble with existing HS SmartStick+ so I bought a new HS SmartStick+ (G3) which I received today. Smartstick+ is not recognized by Windows 11 which says it has no driver for this device. Smartstick+ shows up in DevMgr as:
Does anyone know if there's a driver for W11 or where I might be able to find one online?

Is this driver package not working? Extract it and run CP210xVCPInstaller_x86 or _x64 executable depending on your machine being 32-bit or 64-bit.

Did you download the drivers from the HomeSeer store page and apply them?
