Thanks, I'll have to pay more attention moving forward. This is leaps and bounds better.

Back to the z-net SD card after the disaster earlier today. If I shutdown the z-net, remove the SD card and put it into one of those tiny USB readers that hold an SD card internally, can I just copy the entire card copy *.* to another card in a different USB slot?

Or do I NEED to make an img of the card?

Alternatively, is it any easier to use an SD to micro SD adapter rather than a USB adapter?

You need to make an image. Remember this thread? https://forums.homeseer.com/forum/ho...up-z-net-image

I run rpi-clone daily on my raspberry pi's, in case I screw something up...

My new favorite PC-based SD copying program is Etcher: https://www.balena.io/etcher/

zwolfpack - I remember it now and now I realize I had made a backup with rpi-clone because that directory existed on the backup card. I never kept on backing up with it and forgot about it. Thanks for the reminder.
