My old modem/router stop working so I replaced it with Xfinity modem/router. I have been able to connect everything else in my house to the new one but not the Z-Net. When I check for devices in the router the Z-Net is not there. I have it connected with a short ethernet cable to the router. I have tried find.homeseer and all that comes up is my HS PC. I am using HS 3.0.0.435 (Windows). Dose anyone know why this is not showing up on my network and how it can be fixed?

When you power up the Z-Net, the status LED should illuminate amber for about 10 seconds, then turn red. Connect a USB keyboard to one of the ports, power up, and while the LED is amber, press key R then key Enter. If successful, the LED will change to green to acknowledge that the networking has been reset to factory default.

You have to connect to it one way or another. Options....
1. Connect to it from another computer with a cross-over cable directly connecting.
2. Setup a mini network with a hub or switch with another computer on the same network (ip/subnet) and connect
3. Connect a keyboard/mouse/monitor and reconfigure.... this is the easiest if you're not setup for configuring devices already.
