Z-Net WiFi seems to have stopped communicating with devices

I have a Z-Net WiFi device (Version 1.0.23) that has been in operation for several years as a secondary controller to my wired Z-Net to extend the range of Z-Wave in my home. It seems to have quit communicating with devices. Devices that are literally inches away cannot be reached with the WiFi device, while depending if they are within range of the wired Z-Net, they can be reached. All aspects of the WiFi device seem to be working: I can access its GUI via its IP address; the unit's LED is green; and HS3 shows it is operational. After stopping HS3 and restarting it, the Z-Net WiFi seemed to work again, but quit after a few minutes.

HomeSeer Version: HS3 Pro Edition 3.0.0.478
    Z-Wave Plug In Version: 3.0.1.249
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 Pro

Any thoughts about troubleshooting would be appreciated. Thanks, Elliott
