    Update -
    Got my new Z-Net and added as a second network. Located it at the opposite end of the house. Took about 10 devices off the original and added them to the new one. Recreated events - all is well. One device was especially busy - a whole house power meter.
    Just these 10 devices made all the difference for my setup. It had gradually slowed down over time and when I hit ~75 devices, there became a lot of slowness. Now it's back to normal!
