All ZWave Plus Devices Running at 40kbps?

My Zwave network is running just fine, but out of curiosity I ran Z-Seer+ on the network and noticed that ALL of my ZWave+ devices are running at 40kbps instead of 100kbps. And they all have direct connections to the Z-Net (e.g. no routing). Even the ZWave+ devices that are within 10 feet of the Z-Net are running only 40kbps. I then backed up the Interface and Restored it just to make sure the routing table was cleared. Same thing. Everything talking at 40kbps.

The only other thought I had was perhaps local interference? The Z-Net is in a cabinet with two other RPis. One is running deConz for Hue devices and the other is running my weather station (weewx). Anyone have similar experiences or thoughts?
