  • Homeseer Z-net cannot be Detected by Homeseer System (HS3 PRO)

I am using one HomeSeer HomeTroller-SEL PRO Home Controller and Three HomeSeer Z-NET Remote Z-Wave Interfaces in one of our projects. There is an issue in one of the Z-Nets(Name: Women). The Z-Net cannot be detected by Homeseer. Because of this, the system is busy in searching the Z-net Interface constantly and the events don't run. Overall, the system doesn't perform any other action because of this error.
Note: The Z-Net can be accessed by its IP Address in the Network.

Below is the information about our system.

    Try this.

    Disable the ZNet causing issues.

Check the settings of the diabled ZNet.

Make sure that the settings are OK.

    Enable it.
