  • Mobile version iOS 1.1.5-23

I upgraded my iPad Pro to HS3 mobile version iOS 1.1.5-23. My cameras no longer show up and I lost all my dashboards. Devices and events are there and are working. I am trying to “connect directly” via my iPad. My iPhone is working fine with iOS 1.1.5-23 via myHomeseer. Anyone else having issues with iPad using ver 23?

I just discovered that the cameras page on version 23 is also not working on my iPhone. However, The camera widgets on my dashboards are working properly. Anyone else having this issue?

I'll add that I, too, lost all my Dashboards a couple weeks ago on my iPhone. I connect directly (not using MyHS). Not sure if this corresponded with an app update or not, but I do have auto-update enabled for apps, so it could have been.

HomeSeer Mobile is far from ready for full-time use, so I only check it out every couple of weeks to see if things have gotten any better. Loss of all Dashboards is pretty much catastrophic failure for this app...iCloud integration sure would be nice!

The “enable HS Touch” box on the HS3 network setup page was unchecked. When I turned it on, my cameras showed on my iPhone HS mobile app camera page.
