Events not showing up

I am getting no events in the mobile app. Server is reporting:

In JSON request getting events: Object reference not set to an instance of an object.

every time I refresh events. I have confirmed that the user I am using in myhs is setup in homeseer Web/HS Touch Settings and I have even granted admin rights to this user.

What else could be going wrong here? Thanks.

This is typically caused by not having your myHS user account listed or setup incorrectly in your HS3 user accounts.

I deleted the user and recreated it and all is well. Thanks.
