    HS3+mobile "system version is not in the correct format"

    After updating cell to android version 9 this week HS mobile app stopped being able to connect.
    Timing could be a coincidence. I do not access the mobile app every day.

    I am running HS3 version 3.0.0.548 I have NOT tried to beta test HS4,
    I did see on forums that people some testing HS4 are getting similar error.
    "Unexpected error. Please try again. The current system version is not in the correct format."

    I tried uninstalling mobile, reinstalling. No change in symptom.

    Update- After a week of the error preventing use, the mobile app now works for me again. I did not change anything on my side.

      I been getting this for over a year on a remote HS3 ZEE S2 Edition 3.0.0.548 that I have in another state at my daughters house. I was hoping you might shed some light on the cause of this. Also I am hoping that HS4 might possibly resolve that issue.

        I can't believe it. It's not worked in over a year. in Tools-Setup-Network-Remote Control Settings-Enable Control using JSON check marked and now HomeSeer Mobile works. So simple yet .....
