    Dashboards wiped out

    I use HS mobile on two Amazon tablets and my Samsung phone. All three were working fine for many months. Recently I applied a HS Pro license to my setup, previously HS standard, within a week (?) one tablet and my phone had the Dashboard setups wiped like they never existed. The one other tablet is still working as normal, but I'm afraid it to will be wiped out at any moment.

    I've seen others mention mobile getting wiped out too. Anyone know where the dashboards are stored on an Android? Is there any hope of getting my dashboards restored? Did the license upgrade cause this???

    Mobile has potential, but it's frustrating now!

    Dashboards are stored locally and not backed up.
    Unfortunately, you will have to rebuild all your dashboards.

    I feel your pain - just did the same update to Pro with the flash sale a couple weeks ago and lost everything.
    Rumor has it that this issue will be addressed soon.
