    Homeseer Mobile Connection Problem on Iphone (but not Ipad)

    Have generally been happy with HS Mobile. Recently noticed problem with connecting on Iphone. I go through the connection steps, using the myHS route. No error messages, but when I get "in" My Home shows nothing. Same with My Devices. ("There is nothing here. Add a widget/device.") With Iphone this happens whether or not I have cellular enabled for HSMobile. On the same Iphone, when in connect with browser to myhs.homeseer.com everything is fine. All devices showing normally.

    On two different Ipads, am able to connect Homeseer Mobile and see devices without issue. No problem with Homeseer Mobile, whether I am on home wifi or working remotely on unrelated network.

    Have tried deleting Homeseer Mobile from Iphone and reinstalling, with no improvement. For what it is worth, Iphone is on IOS 15.6.1 as are both of the Ipads.

    How do I get HS Mobile working again on Iphone?

    Hope someone out there can help with this frustrating challenge.
