Ecolink Thermostat on Dashboard No Features

I have two ZWave thermostats a GoControl GC-TBZ48 that been working well for years and just added an Ecolink TBZ500 for the first floor. The HSMobile app shows both with ability to change and set temp in the devices tab but when I add the TBZ500 to a Dashboard it has no sub menu to set anything. I can edit the widget and choose a single child device like temp but all the settings should be there like the GC stat. Thinking the default graphics tab for the device is setup wrong but venturing into this is a quagmire. See pics below welcome any input

After many failed attempts I quite the mobile app, rebooted the thermostat and got the behavior it should display in a widget!
