I am having an issue adding another User

When I add a new user and password the system just sits there with a circle rotating in the middle of the screen. I can power off the unit and when I power it back on and go to the screen that adds a new user the circle is still there rotating. Any ideas?

What version of HS4 are you running? What OS are you running on?

I'll have to look as I just unboxed it as it arrived last night, but it did finally finish and I was able to add another user without a problem.
I was wondering, I have been running the HS3 pro for a number of years and purchase the HS4pro upgrade but never installed it and wiill be moving everything over to this box. Can that be installed on this box or do I have to buy another license

You can use your HS4 license on the new PC as long as that's the only PC you use it on.
