    HomeTroller Plus access to Web application login problem

    I'm new to Home Seer so that may be my problem! I just connected my new HomeTroller Plus and created a HS4 web user account (new ID (not email) and Password) as well as a myhs account but I can't login to the web application. I can enter the manage account information (with my email and new password) but when I try to access the application I'm directed to a sign in box with a http:// address which asks for the Username and Password. I have entered my new HS4 ID name (which was not my email) and password and it want accept it and then I tried the email and the same password (which works for myths account management) it and still will not access the web application. I also tried the HT Plus License ID and password which also didn't work. I wonder if the issue is associated with my browser is not accessing the HT Plus. FYI I'm using Chrome web browser on a MacBook Pro. Also tried to log in to the mobile myhs app on my iPhone with no success. Any suggestions on how to get access to the HT Plus? Thanks

    I would recommend putting in a support ticket here for assistance on this issue.
